late night lifeguarding

Carl just called. His boss (who i refer to as "SH"...use your imagination) called a meeting for tonight. That's right, he just called at 3:45 pm about a meeting starting at 6pm which will last until 9pm. Ugh! So much for rushing to finish my paper right now. I will be solo this evening, well solo after the kiddos go to bed, so I will have plenty of time to work on it then. I was planning on going to Brooke's house to watch DWTS...but I will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm wondering what in the pool management world warrants such a last minute, long meeting!
